These regulations may be cited as the Customs Management Regulations. The rates prescribed for the purposes of section 13 of the Customs Management Decree, in respect of the services of each officer in the performance of work permitted by the Collector shall be as follows— The fees shall be payable on demand by the agent or representative of the person or company requiring the service:Provided that the Collector of Customs may require payment on application. These regulations do not apply in respect of work outside the prescribed working days and hours at Seychelles International Airport, for which no fee shall be chargeable.
