1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Transport (Operator‘s Licence) Regulations.

2. Application for operator's Licence

An application for an operator's licence under section 10 of the Act, shall be as in Form 1 of the Schedule hereto.

3. Form of operator's Licence

An operator's licence shall be as in Form 2 of the Schedule hereto.
