1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Customs Management (Bonded Warehouse Administrative Charges) Regulations.

2. Bonded ware house administrative charge

(1)The proprietor or occupier of a bonded warehouse approved under section 74 of the Customs Management Decree, 1979 shall pay to the Collector in respect of each bonded warehouse owned or occupied by him an administrative charge of R. 6,000 each year payable half yearly in advance.
(2)Payment of the administrative charge specified in sub regulation (1) shall not relieve the proprietor or occupier of a bonded warehouse of any liability to pay charges under the Customs Management (Charges for Customs Services) Regulations, 1975.
