1.

This Regulations may be cited as the Employment (Tribunal Fees) Regulations, and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st December, 2008.

2.

Where an applicant registers a grievance case before the Tribunal, the applicant shall pay to the Tribunal a fee of R200.
