1.

This Order may be cited as the Prisons (Declaration of Special Prison) Order, and shall come into force on 20th February, 2012.

2.

The entirely of Marie-Louise Island and an area of 500 metres offshore from the high water mark surrounding the island is hereby declared to be a Special Prison.
