JUDGEMENT BY CONSENT
In full and final settlement of all matters and issues raised by the parties in this case, the parties have irrevocably agree as follows:
1. The sum of Euro Twenty Thousand (€20,000) (hereinafter the money) presently exhibited as Exhibit P5 in Criminal case number 61 of 2013 before the Supreme Court is hereby forfeited to the 2nd Respondent.
2. The Petitioner, whether jointly or severally, shall not have any claim, rights or interests in the money.
3. The parties shall bear their own costs.
