RULING

 

Gaswaga, J

 

The 1st accused person is released on the following conditions;

 

  1. The accused should furnish a cash bail of SR. 10, 000.00 with two sureties to be approved by court who will both sign a bail bond of Rs. 20, 000/- each.

 

  1. The accused should not leave the jurisdiction of Seychelles without an order of this Court. Therefore, the accused should surrender his passport or to the Registrar of the Supreme Court before the release order is signed. If he has none then he should not apply for any.

 

  1. The accused should not interfere with the witnesses or the course of justice in this case in any way or get involved in any criminal activity.

 

  1. The accused should report to the Mont Fleuri Police Station every Friday morning before 9:00am.

 

  1. If any of these conditions is breached this order for bail will be revoked and the bail money forfeited to the state while the accused will be remanded in custody.

 

The Registrar is to convey this order to the Director of Immigration and the Commissioner of Police.
