A surveyor’s report has been filed in this case and both counsels for the parties have received copies thereof and informed the Court that their clients accepted the report.

 

It is hereby ordered that Mr. David Lebon, a chartered land surveyor, does proceed to effect a survey in respect of the subject property as per his report.
