Ruling of the Court

 

[1]               In the former motion the Applicant Joshephine, Claude, Marise Berlouis has applied to this Court for a stay of execution of the Judgment which was delivered by this Court in Constitutional Case Number 10 of 2011 on the 27th October 2015.

[2]               In the second motion the Honourable Attorney General has applied to this Court on behalf of the government of Seychelles again for a stay of execution of the said Judgment.

[3]               By consent of parties we unanimously grant both applications that means the Judgment delivered by this Court on the 27th October 2015 in Constitutional Case Number 10 of 2011 is stayed until the final disposal of the appeal before the Seychelles Court of Appeal.

[4]               Both application are granted accordingly.
