Having perused this application for ‘division in kind’ and the Surveyor’s Reports prepared by Mr. David Lebon G. Lebon, and there being no objection by the respondents, the Court hereby grants the application. It is therefore ordered that Lebon Land Surveys of Victoria proceeds to effect the sought ‘divisions in kind’ and further that the Registrar General registers the said parcels (as already drawn and indicated in the attached sketches to the said Survey Reports together with the respective proposed 3m right of way i.e. Parcel 5 measuring 1339 square meters and A measuring 1350 square meters in the names of Manuella Stravens, and Parcel 1 measuring 1275 square meters in the names of Helene Dubel).
