SENTENCE
Dodin, J
[1] The convict is 51 years old with one child but it is an adult;
[2] He is a 1st offender, he pleaded guilty and not wasting the Court’s time;
[3] Counsel have moved the Court not to impose a prison sentence taking in consideration the age of
the convict.
[4] I will impose a fine of Rs 20,000 to the convict to be paid within 6 months of today;
[5] Any default in payment after 6 months, the Court will impose a prison sentence;
[6] If you disagree you can appeal against the sentence with 30 working days.
