Burhan J

[1]        Having convicted the 1st and 2nd accused for the offence of murder, I proceed to sentence the 1st and 2nd accused as follows; the 1st accused Mr. Cliff Emmanuel to imprisonment for life.  The 2nd accused Mr. Marco Mathiot to imprisonment for life.

[2]        Right of appeal explained to both accused
