ORDER
R. Govinden, J
[1] Upon scrutinising the Application for vesting order of Orla Colette Jacqueline Ralph, of 27 Via Adele Martignoni Milan, Italy, electing domicile in the Chambers of Georges & Co. Attorneys, 226 Eden Plaza, Eden Island. Together with its Affidavit attached I am satisfied that the succession of the late Miss Isabelle Elsie Jean-Baptiste is presumed vacant in pursuant to Article 811 of the Civil Code of Seychelles Act. In pursuant to Article 812 of the said Code I hereby nominate the curator of vacant estate to be the curator of the said estate.
[2] The rights and duties of the Curator shall be established and pursued in pursuance to the Curatal Act, which is Chapter 55 of the laws of Seychelles.
[3] Accordingly, a copy of this order shall be served upon Mrs Wendy Pierre Curator of Vacant Estate Independence House, Victoria, Mahe.
