1. Citation

This Notice may be cited as the Control of Rent and Tenancy Agreements (Exemption from Provisions of Act) Notice.

2. Exemption from provisions of Cap 6

It is hereby declared that all premises within the area of premises and boundaries of any airport delineated in accordance with section 3 of the Airports (Regulation) Act shall not be affected by the provisions of the Control of Rent and Tenancy Agreements Act.
